Raquel Dinis

PhD in Education, specialty in Curricular Development, by the University of the Azores, Master in Curricular Management by the University of Aveiro and Degree in Educational Sciences by the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of the Azores. She has postgraduate training in Special Education (Cognitive and Motor Domains) and in Early Intervention. In 2016, he completed a postgraduate degree in E-Learning.
She has been a teacher at the University of the Azores since 1999, being involved in the initial and continuous training of kindergarten teachers and teachers of the 1st cycle of basic education. She is currently Assistant Professor at this University and Director of the Degree in Basic Education.
She has published several communications and articles within the scope of Education and Curriculum, her teaching activity is fundamentally oriented towards teaching in the area of differentiation, curricular integration, special educational needs and the construction and management of pedagogical materials, as well as to monitoring of curricular internships within the scope of the Degree in Basic Education and the Master's in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education at the same University. She has already supervised around 15 Master's Dissertations (on themes related to Integration, Curriculum Differentiation and Construction and Management of Pedagogical Materials) and participated in more than 35 juries of public tests in the area of education and teacher training.
She is a collaborating member of the Research Center in Child Studies (CIEC), of the University of Minho and an integrated member of the Interdisciplinary Center for Children and Adolescents (NICA), of the University of the Azores.
